She knows she's the hottest thing to them because she is the hottest thing, she's on numerous magazines and has been in the media on numerous occasions...

She makes no move to stop him, though. This location is far from ideal for anything that she'd planned to do, but there's a good enough spot nearby. She gives him a farewell wave, waiting until he leaves before she makes her move.
